Alea A. Redetzke and Gregory J. Paetow bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5625 Elm St. in Unincorporated Lisle from Joseph and Leslie Vasich for $304,000 on Oct. 13.

The Vasichs paid $180,000 for the property in June 2001. The 1,336-square-foot house was built in 1961 in the Meadows subdivision.

Redetzke is a district manager with Aldi Foods. Previously, she worked with CPS Inc.

She earned her bachelor's in business management in 2007 from the Northern Illinois University College of Business.

Paetow is the president at Palos Bank and Trust.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 89 home sales in Unincorporated Lisle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $132,000.
