Data management exec acquires Wheaton home

Medium ccb0477c435fe20405439ac989992a5a Jamie and Jonathon Goade bought a two-bath home at 112 Hamilton Court in Unincorporated Wheaton from Brian and Meghan Lash for $485,000 on Oct. 14.

The Lashes acquired the property for $530,000 in Dec. 2005. The 2,192-square-foot house in the High Knob subdivision was built in 1974.

Mr. Goade is the senior director of solution consulting at Epsilon Data Management, the world's largest permission-based email marketer. Prior to this, he served as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting, a technical sales consultant at Abacus, a solutions engineer at Epiphany and a database marketing application developer at Illinois Power.

He attended Millikin University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 62 home sales in Unincorporated Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $417,000.
