Kimberly and Steven Muszynski sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2120 Jessica Court in Unincorporated Naperville to Julie Best for $292,500 on Oct. 26.

The Muszynskis bought the property for $268,000 on Jan. 2005. The 1,658-square-foot house was built in 1993 in the Lakewood Crossing subdivision.

Mrs. Muszynski has worked as a store manager for The Vac Shop, a vacuum cleaner retailer and wholesaler of cleaning supplies.

She graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2002.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 304 home sales in Unincorporated Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $264,000.
