Jean-Michel Lussagnet sold a two-bedroom, three-bath townhome at 1430 Whitespire Court in Naperville to Chicago Title Land Trust Co. for $270,000 on Oct. 29.

Lussagnet bought Unit #2 for $265,300 in Sept. 2000. The 1,768-square-foot house is part of the Townhomes at Baileywoods, a development in the Naperville Southeast neighborhood.

Lussagnet works in trading at Mine Inc. in Chicago. He was the manager of financial planning and analysis at Molex, where he worked for 10 years until 2007.

He graduated from the University of Social Sciences in France in 1988.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 780 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $309,000.
