Art history speaker unloads Buffalo Grove 4BD

Medium 863b836bc1d217fe4603c083139e511f Jeffrey C. Gusfield and Ann C. Gusfield sold the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2196 Brandywyn Lane in Buffalo Grove to William S. Suh and Heejeong Suh for $534,000 on Oct. 1.

The Gusfields acquired the property for $575,000 in Jan. 2004. The 3,365-square-foot house was built in 1990 in the Buffalo Grove North neighborhood.

Mr. Gusfield is a speaker at Gusfield Speaks and has been giving speeches since 1965. He specializes in history and art history. He has been an art dealer and retailer for more than 33 years.

He previously was a partner with Gusfield-Glimer Galleries. He also wrote Chicago Valentines and How to Make Retail Selling an Art.

He received his bachelor's degree in theater from Drake University and his master's degree from Lake Forest College. He also attended the Second City Actor's Studio.
