Mark W. Sementilli and Audrey S. Sementilli sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 25 Dunhill Lane in North Barrington to Thomas P. Wollard and Barbara A. Wollard for $525,000 on Oct. 7.

The Sementillis paid $750,000 for the property in January 2007. The 3,676-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Wynstone neighborhood.

Mr. Sementilli has been the director of international sales at Bunzl PLC, a wholesale company.

He previously held executive positions with Bunzl, such as executive vice president and senior vice president. Before that, he held various sales and management positions at Mobil Chemical. He also was a sales manager at United States Lines and a sales representative at Corning Consumer Products.

He received a B.S. in business from Le Moyne College and a degree in history from Saint Bonaventure University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 41 home sales in North Barrington during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $612,500.
