Dr. Frederick M. Rafilson and Kimberly A. Rafilson sold a three-bath home at 526 Greenwood Street in Evanston to Alrik Suvari for $795,000 on Sept. 23.

The Rafilsons paid $880,000 for the property in Nov. 2003. The 2,800-square-foot house in Southeast Evanston was built in 1879.

Dr. Rafilson is CEO and co-founder at Industrial/Organizational Solutions (I/O Solutions).

He received a master's degree and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Suvari is a national accounts executive at CleanFish, Inc., a seafood company.

Prior to that, he was the owner at Portola Valley Catering and was a sous- chef at The Village Pub.

He attended Emory University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,127 sales in Evanston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $340,000.
