Christopher L. Pfauser sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 3026 Thayer Street in Evanston to Linda S. Stevens for $455,000 on Sept. 24.

The 1,390-square-foot house on Central Street was built in 1928.

Pfauser is a lead consultant at Compass Management Consulting and a partner and realtor of Shoreline Property Advisors at Coldwell Banker.

Previously, he served as a director of technology at Deloitte & Touche. Before that, he served as a regional IT director of the Americas at A.T. Kearney/EDS (Electronic Data Systems). He has also served as principal and president at Pfauser & Assoc./Data Technologies, Inc.

He received his B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,127 sales in Evanston during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $340,000.
