Cellist acquires Golf 4BD

Medium c41ec40a80a4c2c526d0eb1c0842aa0f Gary Stucka bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 34 Logan Terrace in Golf from Linda and Theodore Kirchberg for $675,000 on Sept. 9.

The Kirschbergs paid $427,500 for the property in Sept. 2000. The 3,669-square-foot house was built in 1926.

Stucka is a cellist and a member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra (CSO). He joined the CSO in 1986. Additionally, he is a principal cello of the Ravinia Festival Orchestra and of the Ars Viva Chamber Orchestra.

Previous to that, he was a member of Cleveland Orchestra, Winnipeg Symphony and of the Grant Park Orchestra. He is a former faculty at Chicago College of Performing Arts and at Northwestern University.

He received both his bachelor's and master's in cello performance from Chicago Musical College at Roosevelt University.
