The 2,222-square-foot house in the Palmer Square subdivision was built in 1900.

Mrs. Olinger is a vice president at Sears Holdings Corp. in Chicago. Before joining Sears in 2009, she was vice president at Gymboree for six years and a merchandise manager and store manager with Gap Inc.

She earned a B.S. in apparel design from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1990.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 744 home sales in Logan Square in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
