Dr. Ewa Radwanska sold a 3.5-bath townhome at 1513 W. Harrison St. in University Village/Little Italy to Myo Thet Zaw for $425,000 on Oct. 21.

The 1,878-square-foot townhome is part of the Garabaldi Square Townhomes development, which was built in 1990.

Dr. Radwanska is an attending physician at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where she is also director of the reproductive endocrinology section in the obstetrics and gynecology department. In addition to her practice, she also serves as a professor in the obstetrics and gynecology department at Rush University Medical Center.

She earned her M.D. and Ph.D. from the Medical Academy in Poland. She served her fellowship in endocrinology at the University College Hospital in England and her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Rush Medical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 104 home sales in University Village/Little Italy during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,250.
