Robert and Christina Rourke sold their two-bedroom, 2.1 bath home at 2734 N. Kenmore for $690,000 on Aug. 3 to David Wegner and Anne Fitzpatrick.

The Rourkes paid $477,500 for the home in Aug. 1999. The home was listed at $726,000 and lasted on the market for 85 days.

Mr. Rourke, 37, formely worked as a manager in the Chicago office of L.E.K. Consulting, a business services and management consulting firm he joined in 1996. A graduate of Syracuse University (B.S.) and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Managment (M.B.A.), he previously worked a manager at Andersen Consulting.

In June, the Rourkes bought a $1.74 million home at 1130 Emmons in Lake Forest.
