Matt and Erin Vollmer bought a four-bedroom, three bath condo at 1300 W. Fletcher for $786,500 on Aug. 8 from Greg and Liz Farrall.

The Farralls paid $450,500 for Unit #1E in the Fletcher Street Condominium Complex in Feb. 2000. The condo was on the market for 66 days with an original list price of $802,000.

Mr. Farrall, 36, is an equity options trader. Mrs. Farrall, 40, used to be a real estate agent with Koenig & Strey in Chicago. The couple also owns a condo at 3518 N. Reta, Unit #1.

Mr. Vollmer, 29, works for Tech Lighting, a designer light manufacturer based in Skokie. Mrs. Vollmer is a speech pathologist with the Chicago Public School District.

Fletcher Street includes 27 units, the average selling price of which is $556,000. They were constructed in 1999.
