Burns Entertainment & Sports Marketing executive Marc Ippolito and Christie Boysan bought a $728,500 three-bedroom, two bath at 3820 N. Greenview on Aug. 9 from Michael Muraca.

Muraca paid $530,000 for the Unit #C in March 2003. The sale was on the market for 60 days with an original list price of $751,000.

Ippolito, 36, is the senior vice president and general counsel for Evanston-based Burns, a marketing firm that specializes in booking celebrity talent for speaking engagements, endorsements and personal appearances. He has a J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in history from Lehigh University.

There are three units at 3820 N. Greenview, developed by Impressionist Homes, LLC in 2003. Their average sale price has been $667,000.
