Acclaimed cardiologist sells loft in Roscoe Village

Northwestern Memorial Hospital cardiologist Dr. Mark Ricciardi sold his three-bedroom, three bath loft at 3312 N. Ravenswood in Roscoe Village for $725,000 on Aug. 7 to Ann Pearson and Jorg Decker-Hibbel.

Ricciardi paid $450,000 for Unit #1 in Aug. 2000. The loft was originally listed for $747,000 and sold after 70 days on the market.

Dr. Ricciardi, 43, went to medical school at the New York University School of Medicine, did his residency at the Yale-New Haven Hospital and a fellowship with the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Decker-Hibbel formerly worked as the art director for Loop-based ad agency Leo Burnett.

3312 N. Ravenswood houses five lofts and was constructed in 1920.
