Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu principal Thomas Williamson and his wife, Kimberly, bought a four-bedroom, 3.2 bath at 2243 N. Janssen for $1.675 million from developer The Sangamon Group on Aug. 17.

The Sangamon Group bought the land for $765,000 in Nov. 2004. The home was originally listed at $1.9 million and sold after 266 days.

Mr. Williamson, 37, is a partner in the reorganization services group at the Chicago offices of Deloitte, a worldwide audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services firm.
