Rafiq Karimi bought a three-bedroom, 4.1 bath townhome at 410 W. Wisconsin for $1.085 million on Sept. 1 from Matthew and Leslie Gray.

The Grays spent $995,000 for Unit #D in March 2003. The home was on the market for 67 days with a list price of $1.095.

Karimi, 41, is president of Cleaners Depot, a Chicago area dry cleaning chain.

Mr. Gray is president of Graycor Construction Company, based in south suburban Homewood. Founded in 1921, it is one of the largest contractors in the Chicago area with annual revenues of $400 million, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

The building at 410 W. Wisconsin houses 12 units and was constructed in 1988.
