McMahon previously was a summer associate with Fish & Richardson and was briefly a patent specialist at Kile & McIntyre LLP, both in Washington D.C. The Notre Dame gradute (1996) received his law degree from George Washington University in 1999.
Mr. Press formerly worked as VP of finance and CFO of Chicago-based HyperFeed Technologies, Inc., which makes "ticker" technology for financial exchanges. It was once called PCQuote, Inc. Previously an executive with Allis Chalmers and Congoleum Corp, he joined the company in 1996.
