Mr. Austin, 53, is a partner in the strategic market development department at consulting firm Accenture. The Texas native previously worked in Ernst & Young's Hong Kong office as well as for Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS).
The building at Barry and Ashland includes six condo units and was constructed in 2003.
