Michael J. Borch bought a three-bedroom, three bath townhome at 1762 N. Larrabee St. in Lincoln Park for $669,000 from Boris Burakovski on Nov. 24.

Burakovski paid $570,000 for the property in July 2005.

Borch is the owner of Driven Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of high fidelity turnkey flat panel display systems and cockpit controls for military/commercial simulation and training applications.

He was previously a vice president with MaxiGuard of America.

Borch earned a B.S.L.A. in English, architecture and philosophy from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
