Mr. Cattarin has been an engineer at International Truck and Engine, a producer and supplier of trucks, service vehicles, diesel engines, parts and services. He previously worked as an electrical engineer at Credence and as an electrical show coordinator at UIOA.

He attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,077 condo sales in the Lake View during the past 12 months, with a median price of $295,250.
