Traver paid $605,000 for the property in Aug. 2004. Unit #2N is part of the 1726 N. Mohawk development built in 2001. It is located in the Lincoln Central subdivision.

Ms. Berkel is an associate buyer at Talbot's, an apparel company. Prior to that, she was store planner, assistant buyer and merchandise distributor.

She attended Boston College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 756 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
