Professional services firm manager grabs Deerfield 6BD

Medium d4a19631913bc8e85130938fc197336b Kripashankar Rajshekhar and Parisha Chanodia bought a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1733 Christopher Drive in Deerfield from Ewa Radziszewski for $450,000 on June 30.

The 2,868-square-foot house was built in 1972 in Deerfield Southwest neighborhood.

Rajshekhar is a transaction advisory services senior manager at Ernst & Young.

He previously was a transaction support manager at KPMG and as management consultant at Inductis. He also was a research and development specialist at iBiquity Digital, Sigmantel, Conexant and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.

He attended the College of Engineering-Pune and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ms. Chanodia is a structural engineer at The Consulting Engineers Group Inc.

She previously was a structural engineer at A.N. Purandare Consultants.

She received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and her master's degree in structural engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also attended Nowrosjee Wadia Colege.

Rajshekhar and Chanodia also have owned a two-bedroom, four-bath home at 2647 College Hill Circle in Schaumburg. They bought the property for $196,000 in April 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 224 home sales in Deerfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $352,750.
