Bank VP acquires 5BD in North Barrington

Medium 6c1d5c9b327895b4fff6e9a3a2865c6b Medita Vucic and Ismet Vucic bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at in North Barrington from Robert Sherman for $660,000 on July 7.

The 5,000-square-foot property sold for $380,000 in February 2006. It was built in 2008 in Biltmore. It is located in the Biltmore County Estates subdivision.

Medita Vucic is vice president at The Bank of New York Mellon. She acts as the primary marketing coordinator in the company's corporate client management group.

She previously was a junior client executive in the company's healthcare division. She also worked in the bank as client service officer in cash management, and credit analyst in the corporate risk management division.

She received a bachelor's degree in finance from Pace University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 29 home sales in North Barrington in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $446,000.
