Mr. Baillargeon is a senior sales executive in Chicago.

He previously was a regional sales manager at IEX/NICE Systems, DataMirror and TCS Management Group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 532 sales in Downers Grove during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $286,000.
