Macro trader moves into Lincolnshire condo

Medium ed5cf5771e81509b23cf40fdee213b28 Mitchell S. Shack bought the two-bath Unit #505-E at 209 Rivershire Lane in Lincolnshire from Teron Lighting Inc. for $365,000 on June 7.

Teron Lighting Inc. paid $500,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 2,505-square-foot condo was built in the South of Half Day Road neighborhood and is part of the Lakes of Lincolnshire development, which includes 30 units and was constructed in 1993. It is located in the Rivershire subdivision.

Shack has been a macro trader and trading systems developer at Infinium Capital Management.

He previously was an easy language engineer and trading systems developer at TradeStation Securities, a corporate strategy and competitive intelligence market analyst at FOCUS Inc., and a director of product management at Flypaper Inc.

He attended the University of Virginia, Boston University and the State University of New York at StonyBrook.

Shack also bought a two-bath home at 106 Surrey Court in Lincolnshire for $720,000 in May 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been five condo sales in Lincolnshire during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $265,000.
