Joseph Nir Pappo and Donna Pappo bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 67 Ravinoaks Lane in Highland Park from Gerald Buckman for $1.8 million on June 11.

The 3,222-square-foot house was built in 1955 in Highland Park East.

Mr. Pappo is chief executive officer, a senior portfolio manager and a member of the management committee at Lotsoff Capital Management.

He previously was a partner with the management firm Weiss, Peck & Greer. He also was the founder and president of Eden Financial Corporation.

He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Northwestern University.

Ms. Pappo is a lawyer in practice for 24 years.

The Papos also have owned a home at 1415 Baffin Road in Glenview.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 317 home sales in Highland Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,865.
