Kathleen J. Iriarte and Robert G. Iriarte bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 112 Rue Touraine in Deer Park from Hae Sang Son and Ja Tae Sohn for $426,250 on June 11.

The 3,200-square-foot house was built in 1976 in the South of Long Grove Road neighborhood. It is located in the Rue Vallee subdivision.

Ms. Iriarte was the marketing vice president at RR Donnelley & Sons, a management consulting firm.

She received her M.B.A. in marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

The Iriartes also sold a condo at 2640 W. Logan Blvd. for $164,500 on April 1998.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 27 home sales in Deer Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $463,125.
