CPA, consulting co. exec acquires Hinsdale 5BD

Christopher and Karin Rohn bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 429 S. Vine St. in Hinsdale from Paul and Christy Ramos for $1.125 million on June 9.

The 4,259-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the St. Isaac/Robbins Park subdivision. It is located in the South Hinsdale/Robbins Park neighborhood.

Mr. Rohn is a managing director of HealthScape Advisors, a company that specializes in corporate advisory, strategy, operations, government programs, regulatory, compliance, dispute and investigation services.

Previously, he worked for Huron Consulting Group as managing director. He also worked as a manager at KPMG.

He received a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Rohn a principal at Davis & Hosfield Consulting LLC.

She previously was a director at KPMG and a manager at Arthur Andersen.

She received a B.A. from Connecticut College and her master of science degree in accountancy from DePaul University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 301 home sales in Hinsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $757,500.
