The 3,776-square-foot house was built in 1989 in South Naperville neighborhood. It is located in the Tamarack Fairways subdivision.

Das has been the director of business development at Tata Consultancy Services, an IT services, business solutions and outsourcing organization.

He previously worked as assistant vice president of sales at Hexaware Technologies. He also was a business development manager at Wipro Technologies and a product manager at Aditi Technologies.

He attended Xavier Labour Relations Institute-Jamshedpur and the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training.

Prakash has been a communications specialist, technical writer, placement consultant and Reiki consultant.

Prakash previously was technical writer for various companies such as DCP Group, EMC Corporation in Bangalore, India, Mindteck, and Avid India to name some.

Prakash attended College of DuPage-Naperville and St. Mary's Convent, NainiTal, and received a B.A. in English from Loreto College, Calcutta.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,714 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $333,000.
