Joseph W. Nejman and Tracy L Nejman sold a one-bedroom, one-bath home at 33212 N. Woodland Terrace in Gages Lake to John Metler and Jeri Metler for $258,861 on Sept. 14.

The 1,151-square-foot house was built in 1954 in the South of Gages Lake Road neighborhood.

Mr. Nejman has been an I.T. manager at Boeing, the leading aerospace company and the largest combined manufacturer of commercial jetliners and military aircraft.

Prior t working with Boeing, he served as the project manager at Comdisco. He also worked as a manager at Bank of America.

Ms. Nejman has been an associate H.R. Business Partner at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to working with Tekada, she worked as an associate HR Business Partner at TAP Pharmaceuticals. She attended Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1993.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 107 home sales in Gages Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $167,046.
