The Branias acquired the property for $650,000 in April 2007. The 1,910-square-foot house was built in 1996. Heidi Anderson of @properties is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Brania serves as a partner at Human Capital Management Solutions, a technology recruiting firm based in Chicago. Prior to this, he served as a project office vice president at Martin Progressive and as a senior recruiter at Aerotek.

He attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 290 sales in West Town in 2008, with a median price of $315,000.
