Mr. Boshart paid $2.725 million for Unit #1001 in Nov. 2000. It is part of the 1550 State Parkway Condos, a development built in 1977. Elizabeth Ballis of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent.

Mr. Boshart was the chief executive officer of middle market banking at Bank One Corp., where he also served as an executive vice president and head of capital markets. Prior to joining Bank One, he worked with Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, the Stamford Co. and Lehman Bros.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and he spent three years in the U.S. Army.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 563 condo sales in Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $351,500.
