Roman L. Weil has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 600 N. Kingsbury St. in River North for $1.85 million.

Weil paid $1,438,000 for the property in March 2003. The 3,400-square-foot Unit #306 is part of the Park Place development, which includes 162 units. Lino Darchun of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Weil was a professor of accounting at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He co-authored the book Litigation Services Handbook: The Role of the Accountant as Expert, and held senior editorial positions with accounting journals including Journal of Accounting and Economics, the Financial Analysts Journal and The Accounting Review.

He earned his Ph.D. in economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
