Mr. Hrusovsky is an architect and founder of Michael Hrusovsky Co., a residential construction firm based in Lake Forest.

Prior to forming his own firm in 1992, he worked for Dunn and Bradstreet and General Motors.

He received his B.S. in architecture and his master's degree from Kent State University. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 314 sales in Lake Forest in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.025 million.
