Gregory Tomb has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 2643 N. Magnolia Ave. in Lincoln Park for $2.9 million.

The 6,000-square-foot house, built in 2009, is in the Wrightwood Neighbors subdivision. Mike Lavorato of d'aprile properties, L.L.C. is the property's listing agent.

Tomb is the executive vice president of technology provider SAP America in its Services division. Previously, he was the senior vice president at SAP Western Region and SAP national telecommunications. He also served in managerial positions with technology and outsourcing firm Accenture and with Comergent Technologies, Inc.

He received a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 686 home sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $425,000.
