Pharmaceuticals co. exec sells 4BD home in Wadsworth

Medium f5a2ce6feb787a6ba946c95ff6d34902 Brent Charles Bankosky and Annemarie Christine Bankosky sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 41390 N. Blackhawk Trail in Wadsworth for $260,000 to Helen Villafane and Maricela Huitron on Nov. 9.

The Bankoskys paid $295,000 for the property in April 2008. The 2,809-square-foot house, built in 2002, is in Wadsworth East. It is located in the Wadsworth Trails subdivision.

Brent Bankosky is a vice president for business development at Tranzyme Pharma, a pharmaceuticals company. Previously, he was senior director of global licensing and business development at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

He holds a B.S. in microbiology from Penn State University, a Master's degree in molecular biology from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Penn State University.

Huitron is an assistant accountant at Donald J Fontana CPA, PC.

She holds a B.A. in accounting from Robert Morris University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been no home sales in Wadsworth during the past 12 months.
