Janusz Kleinknecht bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 140 Pueblo Court in Frankfort from Joanna Bednarek for $259,900 on Jan. 12.

The 1,489-square-foot house was built in 1978 in the area North of Lincoln Hwy. It is located in the Creekview of Frankfort subdivision.

Kleinknecht has been a business analyst/implementer at Atachi Systems. Prior to joining Atachi in Jan. 2011, he was also a business analyst at Rockwell Automation.

He holds a bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical engineering from Politechnika Warszawska and earned a certificate in system analysis and design from McGill University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 372 home sales in Frankfort during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
