Okmen paid $1.78 million for the property in May 2006. The 8,000-square-foot house, built in 1990, in South Hinsdale. It is part of the Woodlands of Hinsdale subdivision. Dawn McKenna of Coldwell Banker Real Estate is the listing agent.

Okmen is the president of VisualCast Media, an advertising firm. Previously, he was the president of Elektrosan Corporation and Elektromeka LTD.

He holds a degree in management and economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 224 home sales in Hinsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $840,000.
