Utility services exec buys 4BD home in Plainfield

Amy S. Ferko bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 25022 Chalk Hill Circle in Plainfield from Bradley Siltman and Melissa Musick for $470,000 on Oct. 5.

Siltman and Musick paid $522,500 for the property in Sept. 2008. The 4,229-square-foot house, built in 2007, is in the Dayfield subdivision.

Ferko is the director of engineering at Exelon Nuclear, a utility services holding company. Previously, she was director of project management, manager of special projects, senior evaluator, manager of quality assurance programs, manager of regulatory assurance, manager of plant engineering, engineer of mechanical design, and engineer of plant systems at Exelon Nuclear.

She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,529 home sales in Plainfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $176,000.
