Carly and Joseph Juetten bought a home at 1718 N. Clybourn Ave. in Lincoln Park from 1718 N. Clybourn LLC for $555,000 on Sept. 23.

The 4,980-square-foot house in the Ranch Triangle subdivision was built in 2007.

Ms. Juetten is an investment accountant at CarVal Investors LLC. Previously, she worked as an assistant trader at Fimat USA LLC as well as a staff accountant at Fimat USA and Jump Trading LLC.

She received her B.A. in accounting and B.B.A. in financial management from the University of North Dakota.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 837 sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $423,750.
