Vipin and Anjana Arora bought a two-bath home at 920 Anthonio Court in Indian Creek from Salvatore and Vicki Spada for $442,000 on Sept. 18.

The Spadas paid $442,000 for the 2,604-square-foot house in July 2003. It was built in 2003 in the subdivision of Court of Indian Creek.

Vipin Arora is an associate lecturer in business economics and a Ph.D. candidate at The Australian National University - School of Economics.

He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering and an M.A. in economics.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were eight home sales in Indian Creek in 2008, with a median sales price of $383,000.
