Dawn and Michael Siebenhaar bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 156 Stableford Dr. in Unincorporated Glen Ellyn from Cheryl and Robert Andersen for $600,000 on Oct. 9.

The Andersens paid $400,000 for the property in April 1997. The 3,300-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Derby Glen neighborhood.

Ms. Siebenhaar is the director of sales and member services at Oak Brook Racquet and Fitness Club.

She holds a B.A. from Clemson University.

Mr. Siebenhaar served as the director of executive compensation at Buck Consultants, a human resource consulting firm.

He attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 home sales in Unincorporated Glen Ellyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
