Kirk Skaar and Keiko Skaar bought a three-bath condo at 4157 Royal Mews Circle in Naperville from Phillip M. Burdi and Joan A. Gorski for $309,000 on Oct. 9.

The 2,227-square-foot Unit #106 is part of the English Rows condominium, which was built in South Naperville in 2006.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Kirk Skaar is a desktop engineer at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He is also the owner of He previously served Fermilab as a Macintosh administrator. Prior to joining Fermilab, he worked at MacSpecialist, Tri-County Special Education, Local Link and Southern Illinois University. He also served the U.S. Marine Corps as an aviation electronics technician.

He earned a B.A. in computer science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Phil Burdi is a network implementation project manager and integration manager. He previously worked at HP Enterprise Services as a project and service delivery manager. Prior to that, he was a service level and delivery manager at Alcatel-Lucent. Earlier in his career, he worked as a system engineer and facilities manager at AT&T Computer Systems.

He holds a B.A. in management information systems from Lewis University and an associate's degree in computer science from the College of DuPage.
