Kirk Skaar and Keiko Skaar bought a three-bath condo at 4157 Royal Mews Circle in Naperville from Phillip M. Burdi and Joan A. Gorski for $309,000 on Oct. 9.

The 2,227-square-foot Unit #106 is part of the English Rows condominium, which was built in South Naperville in 2006.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Kirk Skaar is a desktop engineer at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He is also the owner of jpCulture.com. He previously served Fermilab as a Macintosh administrator. Prior to joining Fermilab, he worked at MacSpecialist, Tri-County Special Education, Local Link and Southern Illinois University. He also served the U.S. Marine Corps as an aviation electronics technician.

He earned a B.A. in computer science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Phil Burdi is a network implementation project manager and integration manager. He previously worked at HP Enterprise Services as a project and service delivery manager. Prior to that, he was a service level and delivery manager at Alcatel-Lucent. Earlier in his career, he worked as a system engineer and facilities manager at AT&T Computer Systems.

He holds a B.A. in management information systems from Lewis University and an associate's degree in computer science from the College of DuPage.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 362 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
