She has also worked at Williams-Sonoma Inc., Cook County Sheriff's Institute for Law Enforcement and Training, Floral Transworld Delivery and White Glove Cleaning.

She has an A.S. from Moraine Valley Community College and a B.S. in human resource management from DeVry University.
