According to his public LinkedIn profile, Sunit Pandya is a senior engineering specialist at Samsung Engineering America. He previously was an entrepreneur at PSK Group. He has also served as a process and specialty engineer at Fluor Daniel and a process design engineer at UOP.

He has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 116 condo sales in River West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $331,000.
