Evitt paid $427,500 for the property in October 2002. The 3,482-square-foot home in St. Charles Northeast was built in 1990. It is located in The Royal Fox subdivision.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Naccarata served as vice president of operations at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. Prior to that, he was a regional director at Mario Tricoci Hair Salon and Day Spa, where he earlier served as general manager and finance manager. He has also served as director of Great Clips.

He attended Elmhurst College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 555 home sales in St. Charles during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $229,500.
