The Philbins paid $715,000 for the property in May 2007. The 1,570-square-foot townhome was built in 2001. It is part of the Old Town Square Townhomes development.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Christopher Paas is the director of national sales and marketing at Vycom Plastics. He previously worked as a sales manager at AGC Flat Glass North America. Prior to that, he was a regional sales manager, product manager and national accounts sales representative at James Hardie Building Products.

He attended Michigan State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 423 home sales in Old Town during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $248,000.
