Financial services firm president buys Wheaton 4BD

Owen Yamamura bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 618 N. Webster St. in Wheaton from Deborah Gove and Mark Gove for $350,000 on Nov. 19.

The Goves paid $345,000 for the property in March 2006. The 1,535-square-foot home in Wheaton Northeast was built in 1953. It is located in the College Hill subdivision.

According to the First Allied Securities Inc. website, Yamamura is the president of the financial services firm.

He has a B.A. in education and social sciences from Wheaton College. He holds series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 65 licenses.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 751 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $266,000.
