William Kleyman bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4450 Main St. in Skokie from Heewon Kim for $378,000 on Nov. 26.

Kim paid $354,000 for the property in January 2003. The 3,038-square-foot home in the Evanston Golf Club Area was built in 1957.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, William Kleyman is the director of strategy and innovation at MTM Technologies, a provider of innovative information technology solutions and services. He is also a freelance writer. He previously served MTM Technologies as a virtualization and cloud solutions architect. Prior to that, he served as the director of technology at World Wide Fittings Inc. He has also worked at Cyberklix, Performance Network Solutions, DeVry Inc. and Skokie Park District.

He has a B.S. in network and communications management from DeVry University. He also holds an M.B.A. in marketing and an M.S. in information systems management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 828 home sales in Skokie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $214,000.
